2. Purchases & Refunds

All prompt purchases are final after 7 days. Within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund if the prompt does not work as described. Contact support@bestaipromptworld.com for refund requests.

3. Seller Terms

Sellers retain ownership of their prompts. BestAIPromptWorld charges a 15% commission on each sale. Sellers must ensure their prompts are original and do not infringe on any intellectual property rights.

4. Prohibited Content

Prompts that generate harmful, illegal, or explicit content are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any prompt that violates our community guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Purchased prompts are for personal or commercial use by the buyer. Reselling or redistributing purchased prompts is not permitted without the original seller's consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

BestAIPromptWorld is a marketplace platform. We do not guarantee specific results from any prompt. AI outputs vary based on the model, settings, and context used.
